The Grow Digital Voucher supports (1) software subscriptions that are new to your business (up to 12 months) and (2) training/IT configuration (together ≤50% of the project). Most businesses use it to:

How Much I Can Get?
- 50% of eligible costs - minimum €500, maximum €5,000 per application.
- You can be approved for up to two projects, but the total grant across both is capped at €5,000.
- Eligible costs are off-the-shelf software subscriptions (new to your business, up to 12 months) plus training/IT configuration; training+configuration must be no more than 50% of the overall project. No bespoke development.
Am I Eligible?
Most Irish SMEs (1–50 employees) that have completed a Digital for Business project in the last 2 years can apply for the Grow Digital Voucher, provided they meet the standard criteria below.
- Completed a Digital for Business project within the previous two years.
- Is trading 6+ months, registered and operating in your Local Enterprise Office (LEO) area.
- Is not a current Enterprise Ireland or IDA client.
- Is solvent and can provide financial statements.

How Do I Apply?
Once your LEO approves the Grow Digital Voucher, we begin delivery. You’ll pay the invoices upfront (subscriptions + set-up). When the work is complete, you claim the grant back from your LEO using the completion pack we provide.
Typical timeline: 4–6 weeks from approval to handover for a standard project (scope and LEO processing times can vary).
How it runs:
- Kick-off - we activate your subscriptions and agree on the plan.
- Implementation - automations and AI assistants configured; bookings, CRM and smart site set up.
- Training & Go-Live - live session(s) + simple SOPs; systems switched on.
- Claim back - we issue a completion note, itemised invoices, training logs and go-live evidence; you submit to your Local Enterprise Office for reimbursement.
